Teams attendance, in beta

New

Meetings held on Microsoft Teams can now mark themselves. When an external invitee joins, the meeting flips to held — no rep checkbox, no honor system. Rolling out to beta workspaces this month.

Also: the no-show state now records who was present when it was called.

Show rate by source

New

Reports now split show rate by HubSpot original source — outbound, inbound, referral, event. Three early-access teams found a lead source that no-shows at twice their average within a week of turning it on.

Nudge sequences, rewritten

Improved

Sequences now stop on any signal — an accept, a decline, a reply, even a forwarded delegate response. Double-sends are structurally impossible: one thread, one state machine, per invitee.

Templates gained per-meeting-type defaults. The renewal nudge no longer sounds like the cold-outbound one.

On-behalf booking from HubSpot

New

SDRs can book straight onto an AE’s calendar from any contact or deal record — territory rules and working hours respected, the invite sent in the AE’s name, and the whole thing logged back to the record.

Round-robin fairness windows

Improved

Distribution now balances over a rolling window instead of a strict rotation, so a rep back from vacation doesn’t drown, and a hot streak doesn’t starve the bench. Admins see the ledger.

Recipient pages, faster and plainer

Improved

Confirmation pages now render in under 200ms worldwide and say even less. We removed a logo, a sentence, and a shadow. Confirm-through rate went up 4 points.

Early access opens

Launch

The first ten teams are in: booking links, acceptance watching, mailbox nudges, one-click confirmations, and the show-rate report. Everything since is on this page.
